How to submit SS for commission

Hello, sorry if this topic has been answered already. But I have commissioned a double sketch cover from Jen Broomall. I would like her to submit to cgc for a ss label. How do I do that? I realize Jen has to submit but can she mail in or does she have to submit at a con? I can't find a form/rules on the cgc website

Easiest way is to have a witness/caw pick it up at a con she is attending.

So, Jen (the artist) can submit at a con where cgc is attending?

Additional item to do is provide the artist with the info to put on the CGC form or better yet fill out a form & mail it to the artist to be turned in to CGC with the books at the show.
