I see a Geoff Darrow Hard Boiled on Comic Link for over $15,000 right now

I have a few pages of Hard Boiled and 15K cannot be an accurate price, can it? Last time I saw these pages they were under $1k. Have they really gone up in value that much?

 

This is one of them I have framed.

I remember that auction and that particular piece did hammer at a little over 15k. I'm assuming "sale pending" means the buyer is on time payments..? (shrug)

 

I happen to own this bad boy right here...
