Just announced in a press release today. What's really strange is that these are the same dates as their Sacramento show. So now even Wizard apparently has to double dip their own weekends to fit everything in...

They only have 1 guest for a con in a relatively small city (and not heavily populated surrounding area, with a non-transfer airport) the same weekend as another Western US Wizard World?

 

And its less than 3 months away?

 

Sounds like they're trying to buy out competition, even if they have to take some losses...

They may be fine with taking a loss in year one just to establish themselves. They did buy an established show, just not sure which one.

Looking like they've canned the hastily prepared 2015 show, now it's TBD for 2016.
