PGM Watchmen 1

Hello. I would appreciate some advice on this copy of Watchmen that I have owned since it came out. So those are all my fingerprints all over the back there I guess! Can anyone enlighten me to approximate grade? How much does that back cover hurt and can that be cleaned? I hope to learn a little something here as well as find out the grade range of this copy.

CGC can ding you hard for even a single fingerprint. I had a nice copy of ASM 194. I couldn't figure out why it was a 9.0 as it looked so nice. One or two fingerprints on the back: that was the culprit. I bought the grader's notes as I was so curious.

I say 5.5

There's plenty of high grade copies of this book available for cheap though.

Yes Kav, you are correct about the copies being readily available. I just think slabbing my own comics would be cool, although few make the grade.
