PGM: Silver Surfer #3

Hi,

Below is a copy of Silver Surfer #3 that I have. I don't think it is good enough to send to CGC, but curious what grade you think it might get. The cover has a few tick marks and color breakage. It also has that misswrap. Main issue though is with the back cover. Thanks!!!

its spine wear - its not split.
