Anyone know how to get in autograph voucher for Stan at MegaCon?

This seemed like a logical place to ask, so forgive me, if I've posted this in the wrong area.

 

I need at least one autograph (ideally, four) voucher for Stan for Saturday morning. The process to acquire autograph vouchers for Stan in the past was sooooo much easier. It looks like MegaCon's promoters handling it this year and I can't seem to get anyone to answer a phone or respond to an email. I have the book I've always wanted Stan to sign for my personal collection,

 

If anyone can help out or point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it.
