walking dead #8 graded at 10 (gem)

I was wondering I have walked dead #8 graded at a 10 (gem) and on cgc Web site it says there's only 1 in existence.. I've asked around and no one can give me a definite answer. What would this issue be worth?

Hard to say exactly without it going to auction. But if a 9.8 is a $250 book and a 9.9 is a $500 book it would be reasonable to expect a 10 would be a $1000++ book. If I had to guess I'd say $1500.

when you say graded a 10 - you mean a CGC graded/slabbed copy? - or is this a raw book that you/someone else has graded a 10?

I forgot to put it was from cgc. And on the website it says only 1 made
