Just watched season 5 again, pretty good.

 

One thing bugs me, though.

 

Just like in TWD where the characters don't think of the obvious strategy of heading for one of Georgia's barrier islands, in GOT it seems once the guys in the Night's Watch learned that obsidian can kill a white walker they'd be busy making as many arrow heads as they could out of the stuff.

Let some of their better archers take those bad boys down from a distance.

Heck, with a few long bows in episode 8, they could have killed the walkers that were on horseback up on the cliff.

Or at least taken the walker out that was standing on the dock as they rowed away.
