1937 Walt Disney Annual. In my 40 years plus of collecting, this is the only copy of this book I have ever owned. It is only in fair condition but exceedingly rare. I think all of the Good Housekeeping color plates are there but I do not have another copy to compare it to. Most antique dealers would have stripped this book down and sold the plates individually.
