Any thoughts would be appreciated.

It has a blank inside front cover and the back cover inside and out is also blank so maybe it's a Canadian edition??

Bottom of bound spine is peeling away a little bit. The rest is solid.

I've got a copy of Amazing Spider-Man Annual 2 that has the same blank pages, and it was sold to me as a Canadian variant.

 

I'm in the same ballpark as rjbp. 2.0-3.0
