CW shows (Arrow / Flash) - Summer Replays?

Does anyone know if the CW replays the entire current season of Arrow during the summer? I would like to watch season 3 from the start and I don't think BR will be out until October, and digital is like $40 for the season via Amazon.

I'd also like to recommend Flash to some friends and it would be nice to know if they do restart it at some point.

 

Figured someone would know how they've handled Arrow the last two years and that would most likely be the way these would be handled.
