Arkham Knight #1 (Speculative Value)?

So I know that the video game books aren't canon (Injustice, Arkham Unhinged etc.), but is there any speculative value in the first appearance of the Arkham Knight character which is to appear in the likely widely succesful Video Game coming out this summer.

 

Of course it could be anyone under that mask but if the game's a hit, couldn't we likely see him introduced at some point into main Batman canon?

 

Or am I late to the ball, as every store seems to be sold out of #1.
