What's the pricing for sigs for each creator? It's not listed on the celestial comics site.

I think the Legends prices are posted. There's less than a week left for submissions, it would be very unprofessional for them to not have the final prices posted. So I've posted them below so all can see how low the prices are. Congrats to Celestial for getting such low prices for all the creators. $45 for modern and $60 for economy for ALL the creators listed is awesome! Most other facilitators have individual prices for each creator, some much higher than this, but there was no mention of additional prices/fees on the website, so they must already be included (as it would be seriously awful to submit to a specific opp and pay and THEN be asked for more money than was stated up front). Congrats again on these low final prices. Awesome opp with great prices!

I was a little bit confused though about the submission form though. I thought Celestial Comics was doing this opp. WHy would the submission form be for Desert Wind? Who are they, and how are they associated? I thought they were a CBCS dealer. But that can't be right...there are specific CGC rules against that?

With the announcement of the Desert Wind's Legends Tour, it has also brought to the forefront that the Desert Wind Family has expanded to work with two grading companies now, CGC and CBCS. With the announcement of CBCS coming out June of 2014 and after much consideration, the decision has been made that Desert Wind Comics will be handling CBCS submissions and Celestial Comics will be handling CGC submissions. Note the pricing is different for the grading services for each company and as such we have listed the CGC prices on the Celestial-comics.com website and the CBCS prices on the Desertwindcomics.com website. Submission forms are currently available on both websites. Due to the Celestial Comics website being rebuilt we will list the prices for the Legends Tour here on the respective Facebook pages. More information regarding the expanding to both grading companies will be coming out shortly.

 

 

CGC Pricing for the Legends Tour goes as follows. Our base price is:

Modern….$45.00

Economy….$60.00

Standard..$90.00

Express…$125.00

Walk-Thru Price is quoted

 

Fast Track grading on Modern Tier or Economy Tier is $10.00 per book. If fast track is used then all books on the CGC invoice will be charged the fast track pass.

 

The is a $5.00 CGC processing fee for each CGC invoice.

 

Return shipping is $28.00 for the 1st book and $3.00 for each additional book on the same invoice to a US address. Canadian address is $50.00 for the 1st book and $5.00 for each additional book on the same invoice.

 

The above price is just for the CGC grading and witnessing. The following are the prices for the individual creators.

 

Please add the creator fee to the above fee.

add $20.00 per book for Steranko, John Romita Sr, Sal Busema, Len Wein

If you wish to have more than one creator on a book, then please add $10.00 per signature. There is no limit to the number of submissions.

so someone who just went from this website to their site as requested by the OP could fill out a whole submission form, prep their books, mail them in, be prepared to pay the prices posted on their website, and THEN STILL BE CHARGED additional fees THAT WEREN'T POSTED ON THEIR SITE?

 

I'm not sure how I feel about that....oh wait, yes I do.
