I'm inclined to go no higher than 4.0 as is. Looks like a lot of work to clean up all the white areas. Even with a press, you can't get rid of the cbc, tears, chips, and general wear. I don't think you could get much better than 5.0 with a clean and press. You can make it look better, but there is only so much you can do to make it structurally better IMHO.
