Please Grade this Tales From the Crypt issue 35 Comic

My first EC Comic I recently bought this on eBay, I'm not trying to get it CGC graded but would like to know where it stands in grade wise. No staple pull, comics is just rip by the staple. Thanks in advance for anybody who helps me...

I believe it counts as Golden Age, it was published in the early 50's.

I'm guessing a grade of 2.5 to 3.0, but hard to tell with out having it in hand. Since it's an E.C it's a nice book no matter the grade.

VG 4.0, if it's just a staple pull and not a popped staple. If the staple is popped, then 3.0.
