Hey All,

 

What are your opinions on the following book I picked up at a local antique market

 

Notables:

- small piece missing from lower right cover

- staining on back cover

- small piece of back cover (upper right) is hanging on for dear life

- staples are tight

- OW pages

- structurally feels good
