Good, this film just doesn’t need to exist.  Love the Rock in Ballers and pretty much nothing else.

Agreed.  You can’t remake this kind of movie.

Man I loved the original, but I think there is room for this to be fun too.  The original Jumangi was also great but the recent remake starring the Rock was funny at times and worth watching imho.

The new Jumanji really wasn't a "remake" it was new film set within the same fictional world where the game could exist. The only thing it shared with the original was "Playing your way out"....but I agree, that's a film that actually worked when most fail in the same lane.
