Nice looking structure...if the tanning wasn't bad, I'd be thinking 7.0 (because of that lower corner crunching/creasing that shows up on the back, and the stress next to the spine on the FC). However, based on the back cover and the leading edge front cover, the tanning looks pretty bad...so I'd knock it down a bit more on technical grounds...say, 6.0'ish....but, a nice looking one, especially from the front. 2c

Thanks for the feedback. I was worried that the tanning would be a major issue. I found it along with 4 other early Mads at the bottom of a box full of unprotected golden age comics. It's a shame that it along with all the others spent all those decades unprotected in just a cardboard box.
