Just found this and one other in a box of comics I had forgotten about over the

years. Along with around 50 Golden Age Comics of mine were a group of Silver

and Bronze Age comics that my Sons and I picked up at an auction.

I really don't remember this and had no idea it was part of the CLASSICS ILLUSTRATED

group of comics. As you can see this book was purchased at WOOLWORTH'S for the

LOW PRICE of 5 for 57 cents. It's number 23 with an issue date of July 1960.

The Prehistoric Animals issue is a real treat...... a bunch of top artists doing Dinosaurs :cloud9: ..... highlighted by a real masterpiece by Al Williamson. A lot of this series had nice work by George Evans and Angelo Torres. GOD BLESS...

Thanks...you have quite a collection...here's the other one I have and it appears that

there was a lame attempt to remove the WOOLWORTH'S price sticker.
