3. Book is in Belgium, buyer will pay exact shipping (boxed) along with any customs costs for reciept. I will pay shipping insurance on the book.

4. Payment by paypal (USD) only at this time

If you need anything that might fall outside of the above guidelines (time payments) they must be worked out before taking the book.

 

I also travel to the US and can ship domestically, but that means December shipping (or maybe September). US buyers have this as an option to avoid dealing with international shipping. I will still require payment per Rule 5.
