Probably about 1.0/1.5

But that's for the Blue label I presume?

 

So if part of the cover/page is missing, that automatically relegates a comic to 0.5-1.5?

CGC would not give that a "Qualified" grade based on the huge missing piece from the back cover.

You're lucky the missing piece is on the back cover as you would be getting about a 0.5

Otherwise, it would be a 1.0 at best, especially with all the prevailing flaws already on the book. The front cover looks about 4.0 from the picture you provided.
