If that spot of color loss on the blue logo at the spine (small Iron Man) is actually wear and not a printing defect then 9.4.

Very sharp copy, BC bottom of spine looks like a tiny tear, and I cant make out if its a small tear or dirt? in the middle of the bottom edge BC.

No tear at the bottom of the BC, just ink. There is a non color breaking sretss/crease on the spine by Iron Man as Aces saw.

9.4. Very nice, glossy book. I am looking at that area in the blue logo as well, and slightly above top staple. Back cover, slightest marking near bottom center. Still...excellent

Just a few comments:

 

I think your scanner needs some adjusting, the colors are too bright.

 

The staple placement is very poor - at least 1/4" to the FC.

 

Scan is too small.

 

Can't see the REFC in the scan.

 

There is slight overhang, visible on the LEBC scan.

 

There appears to be some discoloration along the spine at the REBC.

 

Nice book - but I don't see the gag-ga grades everyone is giving you.
