Did CGC blow it re. this publisher?

I saw this Cap on mycomicshop.com. The slab says Timely, but there's a "Superior" logo on the cover and no notation of it being a Canadian edition.

No, its still a Timely. Goodman used several secondary publishing titles such as Atlas and Red Circle as well.

The US version should have the "ID" logo. That one is Canadian.

I had sort of intended the question to be rhetorical. Aren't Superior Comics usually listed as Superior on the label? At the very least, they forgot the "Canadian Edition" notation.
