Hard to grade because of the stain going through the whole book personally.

As soon as water is part of the conversation, we're talking mid-grade or less. That's a good amount of soakage, but by the grace of God, neither staple was hit. You should be happy if it slabs at a 4.0, but 3.5 is reasonable
