Grade this Batman #36

Not too good at grading golden ages. What do you think?

Great looking copy. Although the cover wear along the bottom is a bummer. Assuming CGC would give it a GA bump, I would say it grade a 6.0/6.5, without seeing the back.

Back is fine, back has a date stamp but thats about it. No stains or rips.

I agree. I think the color loss at the bottom takes it out of the 6.5 range. Still a nice book tho.

May be a bit high. #36 in Fine books in OS for $336. According to GPA, $399 would be more than any 7.0 and lower has ever sold for. So $399 would be a record sale. The most a 6.0 & 6.5 have sold for is $315. 7.0 sold for $356. I think $299 would be more fair.
