Where would be the best place to find Comic themed posters, do you guys have any good websites to get quality posters from or any thoughts where to find them. Also post what you guys got if you feel inclined to do so. Thanks

allposters has a good selection. not the rare ones or anything, but a good selection at decent prices if you catch a sale.

There's one poster I miss and wouldn't mind replacing some day. It's the Miller "Dark Knight Returns" that looks airbrushed, with subtle textures on the cityscape. Just a sharp design overall and the one I had got ruined in storage.

 

And if there's a poster that deserves one of those Backlit Poster Frames, this is it. Imagine those eyes and that Batsignal softly glowing. It'd be one cool display effect, that's for sure.

For going the cheap route I always suggest getting this book: The Golden Age of Comic Books by Richard O'Brien

 

It's large, 8.5"X11.5" and has 40 golden age cover scans with nothing on the reverse sides, slick premium paper stock. They're frame-able themselves, or better yet scan the ones you like at 300dpi and email the file to a Walmart Photo Center. Have a large poster-size print mailed to your door. Then a cheap poster frame from Hobby Lobby and you're good to go.

Had one of these 6ft Curt Swan 'Peace Sign Superman" on a closet door during high school. Looks like they're $150/$200 on Ebay.

I have a buddy who is a mgr. at a movie theater,he gets me all the superhero movie posters. So I have amassed quite a collection,without really trying to collect em.

Another one that 'got away' over time, just had to have it the moment I laid eyes on it at the long-gone Warner Bros Studio Store.

Tradef away all my high-end Matt Harvey cards, but still got this, picked it up from Brian Kong in person at Special Edition NYC. I think conventions are great for posters.

Not quite meeting your definition of "quality" but If you have a Michaels Arts and Crafts you can pick up these for $7 evidently (I think I paid more than that for mine).
