I was wondering what grade do you think this is?

It's detached with a brittle cover; so I was wondering would this get a blue or a green label, and if so what grade would either get?

If it's truly brittle I would guess 1.8/2.0.

Blue. It's low enough grade that the detached cover will just be taken into account in the grade.

If the cover is completely split, it is FA 1.0. If the cover is nearly split despite the cover is detached, it will be FA/GD 1.5.
