PGM Amazing Spider-man #129

I need some help grading this ASM 129, a few flaws i see are

 

-middle of page there is a crease done bottom page

 

-top right above the approved comics code is red discoloration

 

-back of comic along the top is the red discoloration

That's a really nice looking ASM 129, sharp colors good corners. the only thing that hurts this is the misaligned wrap. as is I would say 9.2 maybe 9.4
