PGM FF #1 (the Modern series)

6 posts in this topic

I have a few modern books that suffered damage from a bad corner bump (running through all the book, obviously).

They would have been VFNM to NM books otherwise, how much would you downgrade them? I was thinking in the Fine range… It’s unusual for me.

Any contribution is appreciated! (thumbs u

Tough to say without the back cover image. I see two creases in the upper left corner of the image you did give us.

Still, this book is better than FINE.

I'd probably call this an 8.0 if there are no surprises on the back.

I skipped the back scan because it’s the same as the front: a bad bump which caused the large creases you see, and they go through the whole book, of course.

Hard for me to call it a VF as the bump is bad, even if the color breaking is not drastic. And obviously in hand the creasing looks worse than in the scan. :(

These two suffered the same fate, although it is less visible in the scans.
