Rock Reflections of a Superhero (Spider-man rock opera - '76)

Well, I'm pretty sure many of you are familiar with this "gem"...but I came across an ad while reading a copy of Howard the Duck #5 (1976) - basically a rock opera based on Parker/Spider-man for $5.99. So was it suppose to be Marvel's answer to Joseph and the Technicolor Dreamboat or Rocky Horror?!
