When to use fast submission and when to go the slow boat??

Side question - is it true the graders notes are only given for defects that are not evident to the eye? I'm sure its not a hard fast rule but would books with graders notes be a better canadits for crack/press/submit since the defects don't break color?

I got grading notes on the Darth Vader 3 and it was a 9.6 but all the other 9.6s did not have graders notes. Is it because that book is brand new?

There is often no graders notes for 9.4+. They are not required to put notes.

Which is a shame because I have two 9.9's and would love to know what held them from perfect 10's.

They flip a few coins, if you get it to land on the side its a 9.9 if you get it to land on its side back to back its a 10.0

or

its a GFT cover and then you get 9.9's for it being a GFT cover

Every time a book is graded 10.0 an Angel loses their wings.
