It's really hard to tell the condition with the pictures you provided. Do you have or have access to a scanner? Scans are a lot easier to grade from.

 

Based on the pictures provided I'd say it's at least a 9.2 as is and it looks like a good pressing candidate because looking at the back cover pic it looks like the top left corner would benifit from a press.

 

After it gets pressed it might be a 9.6 or 9.8 but based on the pictures provided it's extremely hard to make that call.

I don't have a scanner but I will definitely post another higher quality image with my phone...I've done it before it's just that lighting was a little dark this time. Thanks for the advice! I'm hoping to press it and get a 9.8 as i think it could reach that level!
