Ok never seen this before. Looks like the comic was stapled a tad off from the cover. At first I thought it was trimmed but why would you trim only the bottom. There is a half inch tear under Hulk's arm pit, scuffing on fc, staple tears, creases on both sides. I'm thinking just below mid grade 4.0-4.5.

Yeah, I could be way off but I'm thinking the same thing. Some of the red to the left of Wolverine's right forearm looks "caked", along with a few other spots of red up the spine.

Book doesn't look trimmed on the bottom. Lots of daylight showing on the pages because of so much play around the staples.

 

I'd say 4.0-4.5 is as good a guess as any, barring any CT on the spine.

Went to look at the spine and sadly yes there is CT. Most pronounce at the top left corner. I guess I was too busy with possible trimming I didn't notice the color touch.
