Please change the thread header to Zap Comix, it's driving me crazy to see it wrong. I'm guessing if you know it's a third printing, you know the title.

 

Your copy looks to be around a VG+, maybe cleanable and pressable to more of a midgrade, but probably not really worth it. I wouldn't get it slabbed, these go unsold on ebay in mid grade when listed over $40, and can frequently be found for about half that.

 

It's a cool book, not junk, but not worth sending to CGC either.
