ASM #83 - distributor ink?

at the top of the front cover, between the M and A in Amazing there's a 1/4 inch blue stripe. from above, you can see it runs through all the pages uniformly, doesn't really hit the back cover. is this distributor ink? thanks

Seems like it. I'd say yes. The ink wouldn't have any effect on the grade.

its a sweet book but hard to tell maybe take a closer pic of just that area...i do think it is distributor ink though and id say easily a 9.4
