8.0 seems pretty high to me...

 

I see substantial scuffing on the front, long color breaking stress lines running the length of the spine, the huge corner fold color break, the text transfer (guessing from another book- located by 'where stalks the sentry') in the middle of the front cover, and something going on towards the bottom of the back cover...

 

5.5? Thoughts?

Also, what's that on the 'I' in 'Captain'? Is that a hole, or something stuck to the cover?
