Chips out of the pages but not the cover

I have a book that has decent corners on the cover but inside the book there are chips out of some of the pages. How does CGC view that? Can you have a 9.2 with this problem?

I think that as long as they are small and are production defects, CGC will not downgrade much. If they are large and/or due to brittle pages then...

Brittle pages will kill a grade. Case in point, this looks like a nice book but it's still a Fair

Oh yeah, I know. Heck, from the description, it seems that the CGC holder is the only thing preventing this book from bursting into dust at any moment in time. Can you imagine the guys at CGC trying to grade / handle this book. I'm glad that's not my job.
