ComicLink incorrect description

4 posts in this topic

Quick question:

I noticed one of the items in the current ComicLink auction has an incorrect description (this one: Don Rosa pencils )

How can I contact ComicLink to inform them the description needs to be corrected?

For those interested, I asked to Jano, the German editor of Don Rosa, about the description which I suspected was incorrect:

He confirmed this is not the pencils for the published cover, Don doesn't lightbox the inks from the pencils: he inks directly the pencils, and removes them in the process. He also confirmed Don Rosa is in possession of the inked versions of all his art (except what he already sold), and thus the inks of this cover are not in possession of Disney, as the description seems to imply. According to Jano, these pencils are probably a preliminary drawing sent to the publisher for approval.

So, not a bad piece (at all), but definitely not what the description makes it sound like.
