PGM Batman #612 Second Printing

I have a nice copy of Batman #612, second print. The book is really clean with a tight spine. I was thinking of submitting this book, my only concerns are the top and bottom corners of the spine. There are also some printing smudges on the back cover, by the top staple. What do you guys think?
