My main concern with this book is the cover, top right corner. I had this pinned as a solid 8.5, maybe a 9.0.

Well I knocked it down 3 grades. One soft corner and some fraying on the bottom right (fc). Could CGC be that cruel to knock you down 1 or 2 more?

9.2 very nice spine on this one. The corner is what it is!

I'd say 9.0 with that dent just above the top staple on the back cover.

Definitely have it pressed as both the upper right and lower right corner on the front cover will present better afterwards as well.

I'd say you could see a significant increase in grade afterwards.

No less than 9.4

As an update, I pressed and graded this and it came in a 9.2. Would have loved a 9.4, but happy either way!
