This one was a tough one to grade...

 

interior pages are MINT

very very light wear on Top Right FC

back has some strange crease from storage or production

also, some colour from last page is coming through on the BC

 

thoughts?

I'll go with a 7.0 looks like there are a couple of tiny tears on the corners spine side. Maybe 7.5..

6.0/6.5 not too sure what the bleed through does about the grade if it's a defect I'm sure they would hold it against you too much.

The creases on the back cover are production related. The tears may be as well so I don't think CGC will ding them as badly as you think. Aside from a little dirt the back cover looks structurally sound. I have seen many books in 9.6 with bleed through like that. The front cover has a few small issues that break color.

 

Personally I feel this could easily be in the VF to VF+ range if cleaned up.
