PGM New Teen Titans #2, Tales of the Teen Titans #44

Hi, I picked up these 2 comics recently (I am new to collecting). I am just looking to seek a potential grade as they are, as well as what I may possibly get if they were dry cleaned and pressed.

 

I would like to have these issues in my collection, I am just a little unsure whether it would be a better option to sell them raw and repurchase already slabbed high grade versions. As I am in the UK, I haven't managed to find a CCS dry clean and press submission with a GCG submission included for under £70 per comic.

 

I don't have a scanner, hopefully the images are sufficient.

 

I quite liked the stamped US version instead of the pence version, but am a bit unsure how this would affect the grade. The black edges on the rear of the comic, are part of the back cover. On the inside of Ravens cloak, there appears to be a dark patch, I am not sure if this is a mark, or if its part of the print. Unfortunately I haven't noticed it on other copies.

 

Unfortunately, there is a non colour breaking crease on the bottom left of the comic which goes right through, I didn't notice this in the images when I purchased it, the title on the front cover has some slight markings.

Yep, just sub 'em - every book doesn't need to be pressed.

Is someone just able to advise if the uk price stamp with have an effect at all please? I can only find information on physical price stickers.

The UK price stamp should not affect the grade at all. It may affect the value of the book however. Some like the UK version, some people don't.
