Giant-Size FF #3 Staple issues

Alright. CGC allows a little leeway in terms of staple issues with Giant-Size books. Here is a copy that I have been wavering on sending in. It is in otherwise 9.6 or better quality. Sharp, glossy, white pages. But the lower staple has just started to pop through. What do you all think? gsff3.jpg

I got a 9.0 on my Thor 193 with similar defect frown.gif

 

and a 9.2 on an FF 116,

 

I have about a dozen Marvel Collectors Classics that are super clean, square and glossy with a similar fate, but have not sent them in.
