Okay, last one for tonight. I appreciate the help I am getting, if anyone else wants to chime in even better!

 

Here is a copy of Creepy 1. There is a small finger pull tear on the bottom of the front cover.I tried to focus on the spine tick area. Here are the pics, I would appreciate any thoughts on the grade of this.
