Question to European Comic Collectors

I just saw the update that Reed's Vienna show is next weekend. Here's my question:

 

What is the back-issue market like for European-published periodicals? Are there, like at US cons, boxes upon boxes of back issues and racks of old/valuable comics? Or is it geared much more toward books/collected editions? Does anyone much care about a 1992 issue of Die Spinne?
