Picked this up in a group of books at an auction. This issue seems to have marked

a change in the contents and direction of ADVENTURE COMICS.

Adventure 425 thru 440 is a great run I remember fondly from my childhood. Great covers and art. The retro GA feel, then the mysterious Black Orchid issues and finally the classic Aparo/Fleisher Spectre run.

I have that one. Lots of very nice art from Toth, Kane and Nino, and the Kaluta cover.
