How to price books with replacement covers??

Hi,

 

I would like to get a sense of how people would grade / price the following books:

 

1. Amazing Fantasy 15

2. Fantastic Four 1

3. Amazing Spider-man 1

 

All are original books but have no original covers but have recreation covers by Matt Nelson.

I treat them as coverless, because that is what they are.

Correct, CGC is NG, I would grade it at 0.5
