Most desirable books by cover price

I'm going to add variants in parenthesis, since I think that's sort of a special thing when it comes to desirability, based on, in some cases, manufactured rarity rather than desirability due to content.

 

For those suggesting more cover prices, give me a book to go with that and I'll add to the list.
