Most desirable books by cover price

If we don't use something quantifiable, like average market price, it's hard to see how we'll get any definitive answers.

 

$10K worth of GL 76 might be more liquid (a form of desirability) than $10K worth of World's Best #1, but $10K worth of $3 commons with $0.15 cent covers might be more liquid than $10K worth of GL 76. hm

 

We could use CGC submission counts as "desirable" with a quantity that's easily checked... but Action #1 and Detective #27 aren't the most submitted 10cent books, and it would be hard to justify putting anything above them.

 

On the other hand, a "most desirable" list that does not include the most submitted books to CGC of all time seems like it's ignoring obviously desirable books.
