The missing part of the cover only effects the cover not the pages below it. Pages are off white/brownish. I found this at a yard sale 2 weekends ago. I know it is very rough.

 

Any help with a grade would be great. Oh, and should I have it graded and slabbed?

First as you know this is a valuable book in almost any condition, so it is worth considering slabbing especially if you know return on investment will exceed the price you paid for the book plus all the costs of slabbing.

 

As for this book I think it is better than you are presenting (better spine picture would help). The corners look fairly sharp, and not seeing significant numerous spine creases, but has a few noticeable issues. I call it a 4.5 to 5.
